This space is a secure and confidential tool to report any act or omission that may constitute an infringement of European Union law or a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence. For this purpose, Ateneaskyclub, S.L. makes available to anyone who deems it appropriate the present channel of complaints, configured and managed under the provisions of Law 2\/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory violations and anti-corruption and embedded within the Crime Prevention Program that the company has in operation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The principles and guarantees of the channel as well as the use of the enabled platform are detailed in the Internal Information System Policy and Management Procedure, which is attached to this space and can be downloaded in PDF format.<\/span>
<\/span>This channel is not the communication channel for:<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>– Claims of a labor nature such as payment of payroll, schedules, etc.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>– Claims related to non-payment situations.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>– Claims that are manifestly unfounded without any basis or facts to support them.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>– Emergency situations requiring urgent management, such as a threat to life or property.<\/span><\/p>


<\/span>The use of this channel guarantees the anonymity of those who do not wish to provide their identity at the time of filing the complaint. Likewise, Ateneaskyclub, S.L. will not proactively try to find out your identity. In case the informant identifies himself\/herself, maximum confidentiality will be guaranteed.
