El Auditorio Mar Rojo del Oceanogr\u00e0fic se visti\u00f3 de gala para acoger una nueva edici\u00f3n de los&nbsp;<strong>Premios Hosteler\u00eda Valencia 2025<\/strong>, organizados por la&nbsp;<strong>Federaci\u00f3n Empresarial de Hosteler\u00eda de Valencia<\/strong>, una cita ya consolidada que pone en valor la profesionalidad, la innovaci\u00f3n y el compromiso de un sector que no deja de reinventarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event brought together institutional representatives, business owners, journalists, and culinary professionals in an evening that combined emotion, recognition, and a sense of belonging. As the president of Hosteler\u00eda Valencia noted in his speech, these awards are \u201ca way to pay tribute to those who, from the kitchen, the dining room, or management, keep Valencian gastronomic identity alive and contribute to its international projection.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>An Edition Celebrating Diverse Talent<br><\/strong>This year\u2019s winners included names that have already become benchmarks both inside and outside the province. <strong>Grupo Portolito<\/strong> received the <strong>Professional Career Award<\/strong> for its constant growth and ability to adapt to new trends while preserving its Mediterranean essence. In the <strong>Hospitality Entrepreneur<\/strong> category, the recognition went to <strong>Rom\u00e1n Navarro<\/strong>, the driving force behind <strong>Familia Tonyina<\/strong>, for his fresh vision and entrepreneurial courage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Hospitality Design Award<\/strong> went to <strong>Atenea Sky<\/strong>, while <strong>Nou Gourmet<\/strong> was recognized for its commitment to <strong>Innovation and Quality<\/strong>.
